For over two decades, Tim's II at Fairview has been a top riverfront destination in King George County for its time-honored seafood recipes and unique mixed drinks. Opening in 2001, Tim's II at Fairview is the second addition to Tim's family of restaurants. Located just twelve miles east of Fredericksburg, Tim's offers indoor and outdoor seating with scenic views of the Potomac River.

The restaurant serves all your seafood favorites, including fresh crabs, oysters, scallops, shrimp, and fish as well as steaks, burgers, and other fare for the landlubbers. Due to Tim's II at Fairview's unique location on the Potomac, guests can participate in Maryland Lottery's Keno and simulated off-track betting with Racetrax. Tim's also holds an on and off-premise Maryland liquor license to boast an on-site liquor store open 5 days a week. 

 

Tim’s II at Fairview is easily accessible by car, boat, and seaplane, with plenty of parking and dock space for all visitors. If arriving by land, Tim’s is located in the community of Fairview Beach, off of Route 218, approximately 15 miles west of the Route 301 bridge.
